Joseph Haight

With a passion for the game and decades of experience, Joe Haight brings a wealth of knowledge to Blue Heron Hills as our Head Golf Professional. Originally from Tioga County, PA, Joe’s career has taken him from the fairways of Southwest Florida to prestigious clubs across the country.


Joe began his golf career as an Assistant Pro at Quail West Country Club in Naples, FL, before spending nearly two decades in the financial industry. In 2017, he returned to golf, honing his skills at The Club at 3 Creek in Jackson, WY, and Golf Club of the Everglades in Naples. In 2023, he achieved a major career milestone, becoming a Class A PGA Professional and taking on the role of General Manager and Golf Professional at Tyoga Golf Club in Wellsboro, PA. Now, he’s bringing his expertise to Blue Heron Hills.


Joe’s approach to instruction has been shaped by learning from some of the best in the game, including Dr. Jim Suttie (PGA National Teacher of the Year) and Jim McLean (ranked among America’s top instructors for 25 years). Whether you’re looking to refine your swing, improve your course strategy, or take your game to the next level, Joe’s experience and teaching philosophy will help you get there.
